About Me

Sonia Cappasso-Rerrie, LMT.  Sonia is the owner operator of Touch of Zen.  Sonia graduated from Health Builders School of Massage right here in St. Augustine over 20 years ago.  Since graduating and obtaining her license she had a succesful career in the customer service/ retail industry.

In 2019 Sonia took a step back from her career and reignited her passion for natural healing and helping people.  Since getting back into the massage field Sonia has been educating herself on new modalities and learning more ways to alleviate pain and help relieve stress.

The practice of massage is not one size fits all, different clients have different needs.  Sonia provides a customized massage to meet those needs, specializing in pain relief and stress management.

In addition to Sonia's passion for massage and client satisfaction she enjoys yoga and living a healthy lifestyle.
